The game is on! No, not Avengers Endgame. It’s Game of Thrones. The long-awaited final season of the water cooler obsession is here. And, now that Dave has finally caught up, we dig into the characters and conflicts that make HBO’s hugely successful fantasy offering so good. It’s a season like no other on a show like none other and it all ends so very soon. But first we take a look at Disney’s preliminary schedule of yet to be identified franchise blockbusters, ponder the notion of an oncoming Avatar wave, and note the sad passing of Star War’s own Chewbacca Peter Mayhew.
