Barry, Dave, Derryl and Tod the four Regular Joes sit down together (in four separate locations) on the twentieth anniversary of the day they all met. After some fond reflections of decades past they get down to business taking a first look at Amazon’s Prime Video’s mid-summer hit, The Boys. While they do their best to keep their comments SPOILER FREE it’s clear why this dark take on a world where superheroes have made a big, if not necessarily positive, impact is generating a lot of buzz. With decades of comics to draw from, A Watchman series coming from HBO and Jupiter’s Legacy in production ay Netflix, it looks like “capes behaving badly” is now very much a thing.
