They're into movies, toys and TV shows, comics and collecting and super heroes.  There's no end to the useless stuff they know, but don't call them GEEKS, they're just Regular Joes!

Jul 16, 2021

Remember way back like 10 years ago when we would wait years or even a decade to see the next film in a franchise released? Marvel changed that giving us as many as four MCU films in a single year . . . until they didn’t. The unbearable 2 year gap between Spider-Man Far From Home (2019) and the long delayed Black Widow is over. The First (female) Avenger’s solo film is finally in theaters, or if you pony up extra cash, in your living rooms via Disney +. This week the Regular Joes weigh in with their thoughts on Black Widow and what it means to have the Marvel Studios machine back on track. Note there will be SPOILERS. Last week two of three Joes checked out The Tomorrow War (2021) on Netflix and Archive (2020) on Amazon Prime. This week, Barry, and Dave catch us up on the films they hadn’t seen. While they sort of avoided SPOILERS last go round this time the gloves come off.  While Tod continues to insist there’s nothing close to surprising in Tomorrow War, there is a twist in Archive. So you may want to check those out before listening. There’s also the usual Random Topics, and some What’s in The Box, because well, stuff. Thanks for listening!
